INEC Final List: Region and State by State Breakdown of Registered Voters, Other Details

 

 

 

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says there are 93.4 million registered voters in Nigeria

 

 

According to INEC, Lagos leads with 7,060,195 voters, followed by Kano with 5,921,370, and Kaduna with 4,335,208

 

By gender distribution, the number of male voters stands at 49,054,162, while female voters stand at 44,414,846

 

Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the Independent National Electoral Commission has released the final list of voters that will cast their ballots in the elections.

 

According to the electoral umpire, the northwest and southwest got the lion’s share of the 93.4 million eligible voters.

 

The voter register was presented at a meeting with leaders of political parties at the INEC headquarters, Abuja, by the commission’s chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, The Cable reports.
